You'll use the skills and knowledge you develop to design and deliver a project. You will work closely with an employer, deliver your project to a real-life client, and develop and understanding of the hospitality sector.
These vary depending on which year you are in when you start the Foundation Apprenticeship. It could range from no formal entry requirements to some subjects at National 3 or 4. Check with your school for details.
The Foundation Apprenticeship (FA) in Hospitality is for pupils staying on at school. You can choose this FA as one of your subjects in S3 - S6.
Skills for Work (SfW) in Hospitality at SCQF Level 4 or 5.

Your school will give your parents an Options or Choices information booklet, which has detailed information on the curriculum and the individual subjects or courses you can study. It will also invite them along to a Parents’ Information Evening.
