If you have decided on a career in nursing, this course is for you. You will be interviewed jointly by lecturers from Shetland College UHI and Robert Gordon University.
The following subjects are covered: Higher Human Biology, Higher Sociology, Higher Care, Child Protection, First Aid, Prevention of Infection, Literature 1, Communications, Numeracy, Information Technology, Team Working.
1 Higher in an English based subject, OR 4 subjects at National 5 including an English based subject. Interview.
You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
