This course gives you an understanding of what you’ll need to know to work successfully in a care practice setting. It offers a broad understanding of key areas in health and social care to prepare you for your next progression route or employment.
5 relevant subjects at National 4 including English and preferably Maths, or a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 4 such as Access to Health and Social Care (Level 4). Entry is subject interview and written activity.
Progression on to a course at SCQF Level 6, such as Higher Health and Social Care (Level 6).
