If you are looking for a route into nursing or allied health professions this could be the course for you.

Throughout the course, you will hear from a range of guest speakers including representatives from the NHS, University partners and Royal College of Nursing.

You’ll spend 2 days in college and 2 days on a clinical placement rotation for work base and learning experience. Placements could include an NHS hospital, local authority care home or private nursing home.

Entry Requirements

2 relevant Highers plus preferably Maths at National 5, or NC Health and Social Care (Level 6), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. A place on the course is subject to an interview process.

You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
