Content

The health and social care professions include a broad range of jobs which aim to improve people's lives; working with clients, patients and their families, as well as with other professionals and organisations. This course provides an introduction to the values, principles and practice of the caring professions.

Content includes: Human development and social influences on care; values and principles in care; IT; numeracy and communication at National 5.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4.
