The course provides the scientific foundation needed for higher education and focuses on Biology, Chemistry, and Core Skills such as Communication and Mathematics. You’ll gain confidence in your academic ability while preparing for degree-level study in a friendly, supportive environment.

Core Subjects include: Biology and Chemistry. Core skills include: Maths and Communications.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements however applicants should preferably have a gap in their formal education. Entry is by interview and a short assessment task.

Progression Routes

HNC/HND Degree course in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science/Technology, Environmental Health, Biological Sciences, Nutrition, Agriculture and Horticulture, Chemical Sciences.
