This is a practical course where you'll learn how to make content for online as well as broadcast distribution. You will work with other students on a range of projects in music programming as well as both factual and scripted video.

Subjects studied include:
Presenting for Radio and TV; Radio Journalism; Radio Interviewing; Radio Music Programme Production;
Music; Making a Radio Programme; TV Directing; Video Camera; Video Editing; Sound Recording.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5 including English, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.

Progression Routes

Successful students can progress to NQ media and TV programmes at level 6, or potentially HNC courses in Radio, Television or other media subjects.
