Film and Television production is a full-time project-based course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of the Film and TV industries. From the creative conception and development of ideas through to practical technical production and post-production, you will gain experience in researching, planning and producing content for short films and television programmes. Through developing your own projects and collaboration with others you’ll gain insight into the creative process and standard industry procedures with the eventual aim of acquiring a job in the industry.

This course is an ideal foundation for HND Television and also offers progression into other Creative Industries courses.

You will learn:
Scriptwriting, storytelling and adaptation for film and TV; Creative technical skills including camera, sound, lighting and editing; Content development and planning; Pitching and job roles; Animation; Film Theory.
