The college will help prepare you for an exciting and stimulating career in the Film and Television industry. You will be taught by industry experienced staff, and from the outset, you will be involved in a variety of hands-on productions designed to challenge you and develop your knowledge and skills in the various craft and production roles in television and film making. You’ll work on location and in the recently upgraded TV studio.

You'll learn about:
Scriptwriting; Production Planning; Producing; Directing; Camera Work; Sound Recording; Editing; Lighting; Sound Post-Production; Multi Camera Studio Production.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher; preferably English, Media or other relevant subject; or NC Television Production and Photography (Level 6); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. You will be required to attend an interview where you must be able to show a genuine interest and understanding of television and the media.
