On this course you will gain an array of valuable skills and experiences. These include creating media content, critical analysis, scriptwriting, photography, radio production, feature writing, and advertising. These skills are not only beneficial for media but also transferable to various careers, enhancing your life, learning, and work.

Content includes: explore creating media content; analyse films from a range of genres; develop skills in scriptwriting; study media photography; look at radio production; look at feature writing; and, look at advertising.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 5; or Introduction to Film and Broadcasting; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview. A sample of your written work, such as research into a job role in the industry.

HNC Media Analysis and Production, an apprenticeship or employment.
