The media industry is an exciting, creative place to work, and this enjoyable course gives you a broad introduction to the skills you’ll need to build a media career. You’ll learn about film, television, comics, radio, podcasting, event organisation, the press, how to critically analyse film and television, study advertising, and produce scripts and newspaper articles. You’ll also work in small production teams making short films, radio output, podcasts, magazines, and your own media projects. This course will help you grow in confidence and learn in a supportive, welcoming environment that nurtures your creativity and natural talents. You’ll also be able to progress to HND courses in media, journalism or digital film and television.

2 subjects at National 5 including English.
