This course aims to equip students with a wide range of supervisory and managerial skills required for a career in maritime hospitality. It will promote an awareness and understanding of business principles and how they relate to the industry. The curriculum includes human resources, finance, communication, and the development of interpersonal skills, all tailored to the unique environment of the maritime sector.
Following the successful completion of the HNC and the STCW, learners will undertake an advanced six week course that will further enhance their knowledge about their specific area of study within the maritime sector and allow them to discover more information about the specific routes for employment (Cruise ships, Super yachts or Ferries.)
We will also provide a guaranteed interview with one of our maritime partners in the candidates chosen specialisms or areas of interest.
