This programme is designed for aspiring hospitality professionals who want to build strong operational skills, gain industry insight, and develop the confidence to thrive in hotels, restaurants, events, and tourism settings.

Throughout the course, you’ll explore the core principles of hospitality management - from front of house operations and food and beverage service to leadership, finance, and customer care. With access to state-of-the-art facilities and guidance from experienced lecturers, you’ll learn in an environment that mirrors real industry practice.

Food and Beverage Service; Food Hygiene (REHIS Intermediate); Front Office Procedures; Graded Unit 1; Hospitality Industry; Hospitality Financial and Control Systems; Hospitality Supervision; Managing Hospitality Operations (Level 7); Legislative Requirements; Using Software Applications Packages.

Entry Requirements

2 relevant Highers plus National 5 Maths or Applications of Maths; or NQ Hospitality Operations (Level 6) or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.

Progression Routes

Year 2 of the HND Hospitality Management or year 1 of the BA Hospitality Management at Edinburgh Napier University.
