This course helps you to develop the knowledge and skills required to operate effectively at supervisory level in the Hospitality Industry. The first year covers a range of subjects, both practical and theoretical. The second year focuses on providing you with the necessary managerial knowledge and skills for a junior management position.

2 Highers, or NQ Hotel, Restaurant and Bar Operations (Level 6), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF 6. Interview.
Successful students can progress onto a relevant degree at Edinburgh Napier University, Glasgow Caledonian University or University of the West of Scotland
