This introductory course is ideal for those interested in creating engaging content across various media formats. Through practical projects, you will learn to harness different technologies effectively, work collaboratively, and develop problem-solving skills. Assessment is primarily project-based, with a focus on practical activities over written work.
You'll study and use equipment to create digital content for Radio, Television/ Video, Audio Production (Podcasting) and Social Media.
You will be acquiring technical experience and knowledge and skills across the three inter-connected areas. You'll also contribute to the college's BOOM Student Radio station too. Your content creation skills will increase significantly.
3 subjects at National 4 including English. Interview.
Broadcast media, sound production or photography courses at SCQF Level 6, or Advanced Certificate: Creative Industries: Broadcast Media.
