This course includes the units from Higher Chemistry, Maths and either Higher Human Biology or Biology, providing the skills required to become a lab technician or study science further. Using state-of the-art laboratory facilities, this course provides valuable experience, knowledge and technical skills for working in a laboratory environment. There is a strong emphasis on the development of good laboratory skills through practical work, lectures and case studies.

Entry Requirements

National 5 English, Maths, Biology and Chemistry; or NC Applied Science at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
