Years 1 and 2: In first and second years you will take courses in: Mathematics; Statistics; Financial accounting; Economics; Management accounting; Finance.

Years 3 and 4: If you progress to Honours (years three and four) you will take a range of core and optional courses including: Analysis 1; Mathematical methods 1; Financial mathematics; Advanced financial accounting practices; Audit theory and practice.

In fourth year you will also undertake a research project/dissertation, usually supervised within the School of Mathematics and Statistics, although a limited number of projects will be supervised by the Business School.

2025 entry requirements
Standard entry: 5 Highers at AAAAA (by end S6 with min BBBB after S5) including Maths and a science subject.

Widening access entry: 4 Highers at AABB or BBBB (by end S6) including Maths and a science subject and completion of a pre-entry programme.
