This course is for those who wish to undertake a career in a science industry looking at biology and chemistry. The course incorporates the National Progression Award (NPA) in scientific technologies.
The course includes:
Biology; Chemistry; Laboratory skills.
You will also study units involving maths, microbiology and experimental procedures.
4 subjects at National 5 including English and Biology or Chemistry, or relevant Foundation Apprenticeship; or NQ Introduction to Science (Level 5). Interview.
HNC study or on to university or employment in the life sciences sector.
