This programme aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to take up, or further, a career in laboratory science or related areas.

Students study a range of subjects including: Chemistry, Maths, Physics (Clydebank campus), Biology (Greenock campus), Science practical skills, Science investigation skills, Laboratory safety.

Entry Requirements

National 4 Chemistry and Maths; Physics also required for Clydebank Campus and Biology for Greenock Campus. Interview.

Progression Routes

Access to HNC Science Level 6 at Greenock (Biology/Chemistry). Access to HNC Applied Science level 6 Clydebank Campus (Physics/Chemistry)
