If you’re the sort of person who spends their holiday flight wondering how the plane works, our unique NC Aeronautical Engineering course could be your launchpad into the aviation and aerospace industries. If you have a strong interest in aircraft and engineering, along with a strong foundation of Maths and Physics, this could be the course for you. You’ll get real-world experience in our workshops, learning practical skills like aircraft systems, aerodynamics, hydraulics and maintenance.

Entry Requirements

National 5 English, Maths and Physics or Chemistry and a technological subject.

Progression Routes

If you're successful on this course you could progress to an apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance with an airline maintenance company or progress to further study on HNC Aircraft Engineering.
