Our NQ Engineering Skills is ideal for students starting out in engineering as it provides practical hands-on training in workshop skills including sheet metal work, fitting and various welding techniques. The course is also suitable as a refresher course for updating your engineering skills.

You will learn a number of practical skills including: Bench fitting; Sheet metal work; Manual Metal Arc welding; MIG Welding; TIG Welding.

And you will learn how to work effectively and safely. In addition to the practical skills, you will develop you will also enhance your employability through the enhancement of your communication, numeracy and information technology abilities.
