On this 2 year one day a week part time HNC Electrical Engineering course, you'll expand on the electrical principles covered in National 6 and higher-level education. During the course, you'll be taught by staff with significant industry experience to develop your skills in a range of theory and practical disciplines.
Content: Electrical Principles; Mathematics 1 for Engineering; Application of Electrical Measuring Instruments; Three Phase Electrical Systems; Electrical Power Systems; Graded Unit 1 final year exam.
Wednesdays 09.00 - 17.00.
2 Highers including Maths and preferably Physics, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.
