This course will further develop your creativity and the technical skills required to become a 3D Digital Developer/Animator, 2D Artist/Animator or Motion Graphics/CGI FX Specialist, combining Academic knowledge and practical subjects; preparing you for attaining routes into Animation Production, Games Development and the Film Industry.

As part of your course you will have the opportunity to meet artists, animators, and graduates whilst working on live projects creating graphics, animated shorts, post-production SFX and motion graphics.

During your time on the course, you will use contemporary industry software using a PC platform, including, but not limited to: Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere Pro; Microsoft Office suite.

Entry Requirements

HNC 3D Computer Animation or other relevant HNC. Interview. Portfolio.

Progression Routes

Progression to Year 3 degree study at a variety of universities.
