This course builds on the skills and knowledge gained in HNC Interior Design allowing you to further develop the creative, analytical, technical and professional skills required for a career in interior architecture and design. This course can also lead to further study and allow access to degree programmes in interior architecture, design and related fields.

You will be encouraged to develop your design thinking skills from sketchbooks to digital form, utilising various packages such as CAD, SketchUp and Adobe CC and more.

You'll study:

Advanced practical application of the design process through a series of challenging and exciting interior projects, which vary in scale and type, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, and exhibitions; Professional practice; Construction & detailing; Building Regulations; 3D Digital Modelling (CAD).

Entry Requirements

Relevant HNC. Interview.
