Building services in large buildings; Construction materials and specification; Construction technology: substructure; Construction technology: industrial/commerical superstructure; Health and safety in construction; Construction contracts: conditions and procedures; Building services: an introduction; CAD:2D I; Personal development planning; Construction technology: domestic construction; Architectural design sketching and drawing; Architectural procedures; Design of building structures; Statutory control of buildings; and, Architectual technology: graded unit 1.

Entry Requirements

1 relevant Higher plus National 5 English. Interview.
