This course focuses on developing knowledge and understanding in practical photography and creative digital media. It will enable you to explore your interest in both subject areas and will prepare you for progression to higher studies and/or employment.

You will be encouraged to develop the creative and technical skills required for a career in photography or digital media. Development of your critical thinking skills will be a focus, as will seeking peer/tutor feedback to inform practices.

You will learn:
Studio photography; Photoshop skills; Video filming and editing; Portfolio Building; Content Creation; Collaborative Projects.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5 including English; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Portfolio.
