This diploma is for students who have an interest in art and design and wish to explore this interest via a full-time, immersive learning experience. Students will explore the materials, methods and processes necessary to progress to further study and training in a range of art and design subjects.

Subjects include: Introduction to materials, processes and technical skills in art and design; Solving creative problems; Introduction to drawing skills; Developing and producing a personal project in art and design.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 including English, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Interview and Portfolio of work.
