The Interior Design programme offers a creative blend of design skills to equip students for industry. It applies conceptual methodology to imaginatively adapt or re-use interiors. Key study themes include materials, hand and digital making skills, drawing, furniture and detailing, sustainability, human centred design, technology and digital communication.

And we’ll give you the opportunity to work on real projects for big businesses. Recently our students have worked on live projects to develop interiors for Adidas, Herman Miller and Accor hotel group.
2025 entry requirements
Standard entry: 4 Highers at ABBB plus English and Maths at National 5.
Widening access entry: 4 Highers at BBBC including English plus Maths at National 5.
You also need to submit a design portfolio to demonstrate an interest in Interior Design.
