Domestic construction; Substructure; Industrial commercial superstructure; Building services in large buildings; Quantative building studies: floors and roofs; Quantative building studies: substructures and drainage; Quantity surveying: graded unit 1; CAD 2D1; Construction materials and specifications; Estimating; Building services: an introduction; Standard form of construction contracts.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher plus relevant subjects at National 5; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Entry to this course is based on successful performance at interview.
