You'll study:
Architectural Design Sketching and Drawing; Building Measurement and Cost Studies; Building Science; Building Services; Built Environment Graded Unit; CAD 2D; Construction Industry Fundamentals; Construction Materials and Specification; Construction Site Surveying; Construction Technology: Domestic Construction; Construction Technology: Substructure; Mathematics for the Built Environment; Statutory Control of Buildings; Structural Mechanics; Sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction.
2 relevant Highers; or NC Built Environment. Interview.
Employment in higher quantity surveying technician or junior management posts with firms in the construction and property sectors; further study for BSc (Hons) degree courses in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Building Control at Glasgow Caledonian, Heriot Watt or Edinburgh Napier universities.
