This course is designed to prepare you for a supervisory or management role within the construction industry. As a construction manager, the construction industry offers variety and the opportunity to work with skilled building professionals on wide-ranging projects all over the world.

Content includes: Construction materials; Building Services; Domestic Construction; Industrial/Commercial Superstructure; Computer Aided Design (CAD); Substructure; Architectural Design and Sketching; Site Administration; Construction Site Surveying; Graded Unit 1.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher plus 1 subject at National 5 in a science or technological subject, or NC Built Environment (Level 6), or SVQ at SCQF Level 6 in a construction or engineering trade. Interview.

HND Construction Management, BSc Building Surveying, BSc Quantity Surveying or BSc Construction Management.
