This nationally recognised course has been designed to provide all the knowledge and understanding necessary for a career in construction management.

This is a mainly theory-based course which includes important knowledge and skills for successful employment. These are studied in the context of both practical and theoretical classes, including the following:
Construction technology; Building services; Management principles; Construction planning; Site administration; Sustainability in construction; Computer aided design (CAD); Site surveying.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher plus 3 subjects at National 5 including Maths; or Foundation Apprenticeship: Civil Engineering; or NC Built Environment; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.
