This course is a technician level qualification that will provide you with the basics you’ll need to enter into a career as a construction manager within the built environment.

Architectural Design Sketching and Drawing; Building Measurement and Cost Studies; Building Science; Building Services: Introduction; CAD: 2D (Computer Aided Design); Construction Industry Fundamentals; Construction Materials and Specification; Construction Site Surveying; Sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction; Construction Technology: Domestic Construction; Construction Technology: Substructure; Mathematics for Construction; Built Environment Graded Unit.
