This course will allow you to experience Landscaping and Green keeping industries and develop an extensive range of knowledge and skills to allow progression to employment or to further studies within the Land based sector.

Units include: Preparation of Landscape areas; Construction of Landscape areas; Maintaining Landscape areas; Practical Green keeping; Brickwork; Use of tools and Machinery; Horticultural skills; Plant Identification.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Entry is by interview.

Progression Routes

NC Landscape Design Construction and Management (Level 5), City and Guilds Diploma in Horticulture, or employment in the horticulture and landscaping industry.
