Content

Learners will develop many practical skills and receive a gentle introduction to the theory of animal care. This course introduces anatomy and first aid as well as practical husbandry, feeding and handling of small animals.

The course offers an insight into broader animal care subjects, including dog training, environmental enrichment, aquarium set-up, horses, rabbit care, rodents, reptiles and wildlife through a mixture of activities and topics.
