The course aims to provide a good understanding of different land uses and their impacts on conservation and wildlife management.
Individual topics will investigate factors which have influenced the development of current land use. Candidates will also be introduced to the concept of sustainable land management through a greater awareness of their environment. Candidates will be introduced to the policies and issues which will influence conservation and wildlife management in the future.
Content includes: Biodiversity Conservation; Ecology and Ecosystems; Environmental Awareness; Classification and Identification of Living Organisms; Geology and Geomorphology.
