If you have an interest in working within the care sector, this course is for you. You do not need any formal qualifications but you are expected to have a genuine interest in working with individuals receiving care. On completing the course you will be able to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

This course can help towards gaining employment for roles in the care sector, such as healthcare assistant, home support worker, care worker, or support worker.
