This course has been designed to link closely to the National Occupational Standards for Social Services: children and young people, and also for Playwork at SCQF 6. This is particularly evidenced in areas such as ‘facilitating play for children and young people’, ‘helping to keep children and young people safe’, ‘supporting children and young people’s development and wellbeing’ and ‘reflecting on your own practice’.
