Content

This course is for those interested in working in the community in a range of settings and with a range of individuals.

HNC Working with Communities is for you if you have an interest in working in the community education sector. This can range from private, statutory and voluntary organisations and with a range of individuals of different ages.

Students will study a range of topics including: Social Science Approaches, Group Work, Working with Asylum Seekers and Working with Adults and Young People.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers including English or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.

Progression Routes

BA Community Learning and Development at Dundee University or MA Learning in Communities at Edinburgh University.
