This full-time course can introduce you to the basic skills and knowledge you will need when working in the Child, Health and Social Care sectors while developing your communications / ESOL skills.

Course topics include:
Human Development and Behaviour; Investigating Services Assignment; Social Influences; Values and Principles; First Aid; Communication; ESOL for Employability Level 5.

Entry Requirements

National 4 ESOL, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Applicants will be assessed through interview.

Progression Routes

NQ Health and Social Care or other courses at SCQF Level 5.
