This is a fast-track course to prepare you to progress onto the Fast Track to Health and Social Care programme – level 5. The aim of this course is to enable you to understand why people use care services and develop the knowledge and value base required for working in a health or social care setting.

The course is taught using a variety of Learning and Teaching methods.

You'll learn about: Values and Principles; Social Influences; Human Development and Behaviour; Dementia Awareness; Literacy.
