You will learn how to identify flowers, foliage and plants in common commercial use and create floral designs for weddings, funerals and gift arrangements in foam and hand tied using gift wrap.

The course is made up of two units: Unit 116 Assemble basic floral designs; Unit 113 Identify flowers, foliage and plants.

Throughout the course your assessments will consist of practical and theoretical tests.

Entry Requirements

Basic communication and numeracy skills are essential. There will be an aptitude test at interview.
