This highly practical course provides hands -on experience within our purpose build training restaurant. You will develop strong communication and customer service skills through real customer facing roles, building confidence in very aspect of event and hospitality operations.

Designed for a fast paced and dynamic industry, the programme equips you with the skills and motivation needed to progress quickly into supervisory or junior management positions. With the colleges investment in state of the art food & beverage facilities, you will also have the opportunity to plan and deliver your own events.

Food and Beverage service; Barista skills; Event organising; Alcoholic beverages; Hospitality Industry; Food Service Styles; Working Front of House.
