Do you want to train to be a physiotherapist, paramedic, podiatrist, occupational therapist or for other healthcare roles?

Access to Health and Biological Sciences will introduce you to a range of science subjects as you work towards the first year of a Health Science-related degree programme at university or an HNC course. You’ll also get intensive guidance to help you build confidence and skills to study science at a higher level.

You will study:
Biology (National 5 and Higher units); Chemistry (National 5 and Higher units); Maths (National units); Physics (National 5 and Higher units); Communications.

Entry Requirements

This course is not aimed at recent school leavers.? You must have a gap in your education of three years if you have previously studied at National 5, or equivalent, or five years if you have previously studied at Higher/HNC level.

You will be invited to attend an interview.
