This course provides an excellent foundation in fabrication and welding. Achievement of this award allows students to progress towards completion of the vocational element of a Modern Apprenticeship and subsequent career progression within the engineering industry. It develops further the skills learned from access to engineering courses and/or other qualifications.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 5 including Maths and science or technological subjects, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
