Content

This course will help you develop basic skills and knowledge about the Travel and Tourism Industry. It provides you with a general preparation for working in the industry and is a good foundation for building specialist skills.

You'll study:
An introduction to travel and tourism; Working as air cabin crew; Airport Ground Operations; Tourist destinations; Skills for customer care.

You'll also have the opportunity to study French, German, Italian and Spanish and visit local tourism facilities to give you a taste of what Scotland can offer visitors.

Entry Requirements

1 subject at National 5 plus 2 at National 4 including English. Entry subject to successful interview.
