This course aims to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills required for an exciting career in the retail travel sector or further study.

This course covers a range of subjects which will allow you to pursue a career in the airline and retail travel sectors such as; Travel Agency Practice and Procedures, Tourist Destinations, Selling the Travel and Tourism Product and Structure of the Travel and Tourism Industry.

Travel Agency Practice and Procedures; Tourist Destinations; Selling the Travel and Tourism Product; Structure of the Travel and Tourism Industry; Resort Representation: An Introduction; Working as Air Cabin Crew: An Introduction; Check in to Travel; Learn2Book; Spanish; Core Skills.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5 plus National 4 English. Or NQ Travel and Tourism plus National 4 English. Or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
