Business Administration (3 year Honours degree)

University of Strathclyde

Content

In Year 1 you will take modules in Finance and Economics or Business Analysis & Technology. You will also take a module in Academic Skills. You then choose a selection of Year 2 classes from the four-year BA Business degree. The BBA can be taken with one subject selected as your specialism or without a specialism.

Your choice of business subject specialisms includes Business Analysis & Technology, Business Enterprise, Economics, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. To specialise in one subject, you take two classes in that subject area.

You will also undertake the Leadership Development Programme in Years 1 and 2 (see page 113). This connecting module brings together learning from your other subjects to work on real business problems in student project teams.

In Years 2 and 3 you will either continue to study a range of business subjects, or focus on your chosen specialism.
