This highly practical course aims to further develop professional skills in acting, performance and theatre-making.

Units include: Acting; Acting for Camera; Voice; Movement; Audition Technique and Professional Development for Actors. With the ‘Specialisms’ pathway, learners have the option to develop their own areas of interest and can choose: Community Drama; Directing; Devising; Script Writing and Leading a Workshop units.

You will have the opportunity to perform two text-based productions, with technical support, for 3 nights each at The Space, the college's purpose built theatre. Additional opportunities include: workshops with theatre specialists, theatre trips and collaborative projects across art forms.

Entry Requirements

HNC Acting and Performance. Entry is by interview and audition.
