This dynamic and engaging course allows learners to develop their interest in acting, theatre and performance in a highly practical way. Areas of study include: Acting, Voice, Movement, Devising and working with text. Learners have a number of sharing and performance opportunities throughout the course, which provide an excellent grounding in acting and theatre-making.

Additional opportunities through the year include: theatre trips and collaborative projects across the performing arts, as well as visits from industry professionals. Learners will develop key skills that are transferable to work in a wide field of theatre and performance settings.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Dance experience preferred but not necessary. Audition and interview.
